I’m happy to say that working with Civera has been a really positive experience. The team has been very responsive. They’ve been very forthcoming about how long it takes to do these sorts of things. We’re not engineers, certainly not digital or data engineers. And it takes longer than we think. They have kept us abreast of every step of the way of what’s happening, what’s going to happen next, and what they need in order to do that.
Civera has been absolutely fantastic. Every component has exceeded our expectations. We gave them hardly any instructions on the exempt status or the termination features, and they just came through with all of the different catches or errors that people could make, and just really did a bang-up job. I’m super proud of them and super excited to have people poke around on the tool.
We’ve loved working with Civera. It’s been a good give and take, a lot of learning involved from both sides, because this is a fairly new process. And, it’s all about getting transparency and improving trust with the public so that they really know what’s going on behind the scenes.
The partnership between us and Civera is a match made in heaven. I want to serve the community in a way that builds trust in government and by extension, the elections process. Civera wants to make it easier for Governments to do that. The Ballot Verifier produced complete transparency and so much more. I don’t know of a more powerful elections tool that places all data in the hands of citizens that is easier to use.

The Civera team is very professional and responsive. You can really see the expertise, planning, and ongoing status briefings throughout the process. The deployment of ElectionStats was excellent, with consistent follow-up meetings to check where we were and what information we needed to provide.
The team was always responsive to our emails and took the time to explain anything we didn’t understand, especially as we were going through this for the first time. The website is very user-friendly and easy to access, making it simple to pull information for meeting notes, board briefings, and to share with the public.
