Adam is the Chief Executive Officer of Civera. He is a product visionary, and a full-stack software architect and engineer. He believes that technology plays a central role in how government can be most effective, accessible, and responsive to the needs of all people.

Matej is the Chief Product Officer at Civera, specializing in bringing products to life. He has years of experience in product management, UX/UI, and development – with a focus on front-end development and a passion for creating products that delight their users.

Kalman is the Chief of Web Publishing. He is a seasoned designer, developer, and project lead with deep experience guiding complex websites—from flagship university redesigns to platforms serving over 1,000 institutions. He leads user experience design with a passion for psychology, open publishing, and audience-centered communication. Kalman is excited to apply his commitment to impactful design toward making the U.S. election process more accessible and trustworthy.

Susan is the Director of Data Services, known for her passion and commitment to providing accurate results in data management. She is dedicated to consistent operational excellence, rapid customer communications, and on-time project delivery.

John is our Director of Sales & Marketing. He has over 10 years of experience in modeling and tracking US elections data. He is focused on leveraging cutting-edge technologies to assist election officials and the constituents they serve.

Kamran is an Engineering Manager and Software Engineer who values human-centered design. From pedestrian-forward urban planning to intuitive election reporting systems, he believes in—and strives for—a built environment that is accessible and empowering for all.

Sergia is a Senior Operations Associate who transforms complex programs into measurable business impact. Known for driving multimillion-dollar cloud and product initiatives, cutting costs, and scaling global-facing platforms. Builds alignment across executives, vendors, and engineering teams to deliver results on time and at scale.

Rachel DiMaggio is an Operations Associate. She has a background in project management, with experience in improving processes, developing training materials, and improving digital accessibility.

Nora Menzi is an Operations Associate with experience in project coordination, focused on optimizing workflows to accelerate processes, enhancing team efficiency, and delivering projects on schedule.

Sharee is the Operations Associate. She is passionate and dedicated to delivering accurate data, team building, and on-time project delivery. 

Roxanna, our Operations Assistant, brings a positive and bubbly energy to the team. She strives for delivering accurate data to the best of her ability, providing essential team support, and on-time project delivery.

Dustin Dennis is an Operations Assistant who brings a thoughtful and analytical approach to team support and project execution. With a passion for puzzles and uncovering efficient solutions to complex problems, he is dedicated to delivering accurate data, streamlining operations, and ensuring on-time project delivery.

Macy, our Operations Fellow, brings a thoughtful and solutions-driven energy to the team. She focuses on streamlining systems, supporting cross-functional workflows, and ensuring projects move forward with clarity and care. 

Ananya is an Operations Fellow with a strong interest in the intersection of strategy, analytics, and impact-driven work. She enjoys translating data into insights that inform smarter decisions and make systems more efficient. Passionate about projects that create a tangible difference in people’s lives, she brings both analytical rigor and a people-centered perspective to her work.

Diana is Civera’s Marketing Manager. As a Fulbright scholar, graphic designer, and marketing strategist, Diana seeks to advance the betterment of society through innovative and sustainable solutions that highlight the power of creativity and storytelling.

Bryan is a Senior Software Engineer with nearly 20 years of experience building software solutions for education and civic organizations. He’s excited to help the people who make democracy work.

John is a Software Engineer who specializes in leveraging the entire scope of cutting-edge web technologies to maximize usability, reliability, security, and performance of software. He is excited to build the next generation of civic technology.

Nupur is a Software Engineering Intern with a passion for turning data into practical solutions. With a background in data science and hands-on experience in Python, SQL, and analytics, she enjoys building tools that make data simpler and more useful.

Hank is a Full-Stack Software Engineer passionate about accessible design, DevOps, and learning new programming languages.  He believes that through innovative technology, we can improve accountability and transparency in our government.

Christopher is a Software Engineer with three years of experience in public opinion research. He is eager to utilize modern technologies in combination with historical data to enhance civic engagement.

Ethan Ferrier is a Data Engineering Fellow specializing in transforming customer data into consistent, importable formats using Python and JavaScript for efficient ETL pipelines.

Miles is a Data Engineering Intern who loves making software and government work for regular people. He wants to make access to public data intuitive and easy for anyone who wants it.
